Assessing Intercultural and Global Competence
Assessment is a crucial part of any learning process as it helps learners, and those designing and delivering learning experiences, to gauge their growth. Over the last decades, a number of methods and tools have been developed with regard to assessing intercultural and global competence. During this webinar, we will explore some best practices for assessing intercultural and global competence looks like in different contexts (e.g. higher education, secondary level, as part of learning periods abroad and as part of non-mobility learning interventions). Presenters will share what types of learning goals are being assessed in their contexts, what tools and methods are being used and what challenges they face when conducting assessment.
